Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Spectrader AI account (developed by Spectrader AI) and what happens to your data. You can do it from the app itself or request it by email; the result is the same either way.

Option 1 · From the app (instant)

  1. Open Spectrader AI and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (bottom-right icon).
  3. Open Account and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. The app signs you out and the account is deleted immediately.

No need to contact anyone or wait for approval.

Option 2 · Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, write to us from the email address you used to sign in (Apple or Google). That address is all we need to locate the account; we will never ask for passwords.

Address: From the app: Settings → Support.. Suggested subject: “Delete account”. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

  • Your account and the identifier provided by Apple or Google, together with the authorisation granted to that provider.
  • Every chart image you uploaded, original and annotated.
  • Your entire analysis history: verdicts, levels, scenarios and verification results.
  • Your preferences (chosen AI engine, app settings).

What is kept and for how long

  • Technical backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 more days, after which it is overwritten. Backups are never restored or consulted for this purpose.
  • Billing records: if you had a Pro subscription, the receipts required by tax law are kept for the applicable statutory period, unlinked from your images and analyses.

We keep no copy of your images or analyses for our own purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active subscription: subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it first from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions or iOS Settings → Subscriptions; a subscription you already cancelled simply will not renew.

Only want to clear your history?

If you would rather keep the account, you can delete individual analyses from History by swiping each card, or clear the whole history from Settings → Data → Clear history. The associated images are deleted together with each analysis.
