Acceptance of the terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Spectrader AI mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Spectrader AI. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Description of the service

Spectrader AI lets you photograph or upload the image of a candlestick chart and obtain a reading generated by third-party artificial-intelligence models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter, at your choice). The reading includes a verdict, a model-confidence figure, levels (entry, stop loss, targets) when the chart supports them, and scenarios.

Fixed-time readings may be verified automatically at expiry against a price source and marked as “hit”, “missed” or “unmeasurable”. This tracking is indicative and depends on the existence of a price source able to settle the contract read.

Not financial advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, does not manage portfolios and does not execute trades. Every output of the Service is a probabilistic reading generated by AI from an image: it can misread scales, partially visible candles or manipulated charts, and it can be wrong.

The confidence figure expresses the model’s certainty in its own reading, not the probability that price will behave that way. Trading financial instruments carries the risk of losing all of your capital. Any decision you make is exclusively yours; we recommend cross-checking the information and, where appropriate, consulting an authorised adviser.

Accounts

To use the app you need an account created through an identity provider (Apple or Google). You are responsible for keeping that access secure and for all activity carried out from your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is final and erases your images and history.

Free plan, Pro subscription and payments

  • Free plan: includes three analyses in total, no card required. The verdict and the confidence are always free; operational levels and scenarios are reserved for the Pro plan.
  • Pro subscription: allows up to ten analyses per day and unlocks levels and scenarios, including on analyses you already made. The current price is displayed in the store before purchase (currently $4.99 per month, or the yearly equivalent). Prices may vary by country and applicable taxes.
  • Billing and renewal: the subscription is purchased and billed through Google Play or the App Store and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before from your store’s subscription settings.
  • Refunds: governed by Google Play or Apple policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Limits: daily quotas exist to guarantee the service to all users; unused analyses do not roll over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, prompts or keys of the Service.
  • Access the Service through scripts, bots or automated means, or deliberately overload the API.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its outputs as if they were professional advice.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights or that you are not entitled to process.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property and user content

The app, its design, brand, texts and software belong to Spectrader AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices.

The images you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and send them to the AI provider you choose for the sole purpose of generating and keeping your analysis. The generated results are available to you for personal use.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features, engines or plans, and we will update these Terms when necessary, stating the date of the last revision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectrader AI shall not be liable for financial losses, loss of profit or indirect damages arising from investment decisions taken on the basis of the Service’s readings, from errors in those readings or from temporary unavailability of the Service. Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or abuse the Service. Active subscriptions are always managed through the corresponding store.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under those laws, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
